Beyond the basics, this team plays a vital role in providing top-tier hospitality with friendly, responsive service creating a great experience for our guests.  This position teaches the groundwork of what makes the brewpub scene in Austin so great by initiating transactions, taking orders, expediting & delivering items coming from the kitchen, as well as keeping a clean environment for all to enjoy. • Kitchen Application - From morning prep to closing out the kitchen, we are looking for dedicated team members looking to explore what Pinthouse creates in the kitchen. Whether it be as a dough slingin’ expert or culinary connoisseur, our kitchen team is responsible for preparing a high quality & consistent product to the Pinthouse standards. Our Prep Crews work early each morning to prepare that day’s ingredients. Once the doors open our Make Crews use our prepped goods to prepare all menu items and deliver our delicious pizzas. The Kitchen Team will cook and prepare a variety of products including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other items using a variety of equipment and utensils.
• Dough Application - The primary responsibility of the Bakery Team is to prepare the highest quality pizza dough, bread, brownies and pretzels consistently to the Pinthouse standard.  It takes amazing pizza to make every guest experience great, and the Bakery Team provides the foundation for an awesome pie! If desired and earned, Bakery Captain positions are available.
• Dishwasher Application - Looking to be the backbone of what makes Pinthouse what it is? Our dishwasher role works to clean up the efforts of both our team and satisfied guests. When our dish team has completed cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all dishes, they’re out enjoying the craft beer & food that has earned Pinthouse the position of being a staple in the Austin community. Work alongside a tightly knit kitchen team and own the communal goal of organizing and keeping your space clean. We can’t make it through a shift without you!
