Fresh Hop Training Bines IPA - 7% ABV

Teaming up with our friends at Wyckoff Farms and Yakima Chief Hops, we’ve integrated fresh YCH 301 hops into the recipe with the sole intention of knocking your socks off. These uniquely processed wet hops were frozen immediately after harvest to ensure peak oil content, then turned into YCH Cryo® pellets to deliver the loudest and loveliest expression possible. To round it out we added fresh frozen, whole cone Mosaic alongside Motueka hops, giving this brew a stunning farm-to-pint-glass experience.

It features crisp floral and bright citrus notes, while its silky body harbors rich hop oils and dankness. It’s one we’re truly proud of and excited to share with you! 4-packs will be available across all pubs for $22/4-pack.

Lasso West Coast Pils – 6.2% ABV

We’ve been digging into the meaning of Craft Beer lately with our peers and internally. What we’ve discovered is that West-Coast Pils is the future. Many experiments have been done and this is the result. Brewed with Hallertau Blanc, Sapphir, Crosby Strata, and YCH Amarillo hops, this hop-forward pilsner will win you over with its nice notes of futuristic clementine, jammy berry, and citrus zest.
