Mainstays Pinthouse Round Rock

Electric Jellyfish IPA

ABV: 6.5%

Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. The Jellyfish is a hazy new school IPA focusing on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing.

Old Beluga

ABV: 5.8%

Our director of brewing, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer over 10 years ago, and one of the first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of England's finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked back on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.

Bearded Seal

ABV: 5.5%

Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), our Bearded Seal is 'must have' at our brewpub. Our director of brewing was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact, St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays. He loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish.

“You can’t be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.” – Frank Zappa

Seasonals

Fresh Hop Training Bines

Fresh Hop IPA

ABV: 7.0%

Teaming up with our friends at Wyckoff Farms and Yakima Chief Hops, we’ve integrated fresh YCH 301 hops into the recipe with the sole intention of knocking your socks off. These uniquely processed wet hops were frozen immediately after harvest to ensure peak oil content, then turned into YCH Cryo® pellets to deliver the loudest and loveliest expression possible. To round it out we added fresh frozen, whole cone Mosaic alongside Motueka hops, giving this brew a stunning farm-to-pint-glass experience.

Rye’d The Lightning

Imperial Stout

ABV: 10.5%

We use all English base, specialty and rye malt to give this Imperial Dry Irish Stout a very complex character. This beer is filled with notes of roast, dark chocolate, rye spiciness and a nutty base layer, while still finishing dry on the palate unlike many of the syrupy sweet Imperial Stouts available.

Hidden Habits

Hefeweizen

ABV: 5.5%

We’ve got a refreshed Hefe on tap perfect for any Austin weather. This traditional German Hefe features smooth notes of banana & clove throughout. It’s become a seasonal favorite from the tanks to the tap room.

Sonic Botanist

Hazy DIPA

ABV: 9.5%

Arguably one of our favorite Double IPAs to ever drop from our brewhouse, this hazy was brewed with the delicious combo of Citra Powder, Ekuanot Powder, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops. It’s sticky, resinous, and dangerously drinkable.
