Do Pinthouse gift cards expire?
No. Pinthouse gift cards do not have an expiration date.
Where can I buy physical Pinthouse gift cards?
You can purchase a physical Pinthouse gift cards by visiting any Pinthouse location or within the Pinthouse app.
If you would like to purchase an eGift (a digital Pinthouse gift card), click on the "Buy A Gift Card" button above. Digital gift cards may also be purchased in the Pinthouse app by selecting the Account icon at the bottom of the page within the app and then selecting Gift Cards.
What happens if I lose a gift card?
Treat gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without original proof of purchase.
Can I use a gift card at any Pinthouse location?
Pinthouse gift cards can be used at all Pinthouse brewpub locations.
Can I use a gift card for online orders?
Yes, Pinthouse gift cards are redeemable as payment for online orders, where guests select "Pay with a Gift Card" and enter the 16-digit number, though third-party delivery apps like DoorDash, UberEats, etc. aren't included.
Can I add my gift card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes, guests can add a Pinthouse digital gift card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with the option appearing when they receive the card by email or SMS.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Guests can check their balance using the Check Balance button on toward the top of this page, or through the online eGift card shop using the same link as the purchase page, with a "Check Balance" option in the top right.
I didn't receive my eGift card email, what do I do?
Check spam and confirm no-reply@toasttab.com isn't blocked, then email marketing@pinthouse.com directly if it's still missing.
Can I schedule delivery of a Pinthouse gift card for a future date (e.g., a birthday)?
Yes, digital gift card purchases can specify a delivery date. However, the delivery date cannot be changed after purchase without voiding and re-entering the order. We recommend double-checking the date before checkout.
Are there fees to purchase or maintain a gift card?
No. There are no fees to purchase a gift card and there are no hidden maintenance fees.
