𝗡𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (𝟳.𝟯% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟴/𝟰-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸)

After winning gold in the IPA category of the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup, we decided to run it back for a little celebratory victory lap! This batch is loaded with just about every version of Simcoe and Mosaic we could get our hands on: T90, Cryo, Cryo Fresh, Whole Leaf, and even some Resin. It all gets finished with a hit of Nelson for that final punch of fruit and edge. Altogether, Nose Jelly clocks in at roughly 9 pounds per barrel. We’re getting sharp aromatics of pine and dank citrus, backed by bright berry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit peel. The finish is firm and clean with a touch of drying bitterness.
