Loaded with Simcoe, Galaxy, Citra, Peacharine, El Dorado, and HBC 1019 hops, this hazy IPA features notes of citrus, berry, stone fruit, and lychee. A soft, pillowy full body supports a subtly sweet profile with a lingering bitter finish.

𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 Hazy Pale Ale | ABV: 5.2%

Featuring Mosaic, Strata, Krush, Peacharine, and Chinook hops, this hazy pale ale brings aromas of grapefruit, lime, pine, and crackery malt. It offers a medium-light body with a tingly carbonation and crushable finish.

𝗣𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 American IPA | ABV: 6.5%

Crafted with Simcoe, Chinook, Strata, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops, this American IPA pours clear dark orange with aromas of sticky mango, blueberry, and dank cannabis. It features a medium body with a slightly sweet taste, medium bitterness, and a boozy warm finish.

𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀 American Pilsner | ABV: 4.8%

Brewed with Hallertau Mittlefrüh and HBC 1134 Hyperboost hops, this crystal clear American pils showcases bright geranium, lemon zest, and cracked pepper aromas. It features a bright carbonation, medium-low body, and a quick finish.

𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗵 West Coast IPA | ABV: 7.0%

Brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook, Krush, and Nelson hops, this homage to Coach Pop pours light straw and clear with aromas of dank blueberries, tropical fruit, lychee, and resin. It delivers moderate bitterness with a crisp, snappy finish.

We’re celebrating Peder Pedersen with our annual release of Manimal, a Simcoe-heavy IPA based on a recipe the dreamboat wrote years ago. This year, Manimal releases in cans for the very first time.

Brewed in memory of our friend Peder, Manimal celebrates his energy and his love for Simcoe hops. Loaded with Simcoe and supported by Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra, it pours hazy light orange with layers of cantaloupe, orange, grapefruit, and pine. Soft on the palate with balanced bitterness and a clean, mouthwatering finish.

Anyone who was fortunate enough to share a pint with Peder knew how special and talented he was. Our hearts go out to everyone who misses that dingus who left us nine years ago. And in case nobody has told you today, you’re beautiful, baby, don’t change a thing.
